Q 1. What formats do you offer?
A. We offer CD's, MP3CD's and Playaways.
CD's hold up to 80 minutes of digital audio material.
MP3CD's require a compatible player and hold up to 12 hours of material.
Newer CD/DVD players are able to play MP3CD's.
Playaways are pre-loaded digital players with one title.

Q 2. What’s the difference between radio dramatization and unabridged audiobooks?
A. Dramatization is an adaptation of a work such as a book, recorded with a full cast often including sound effects and music.
Unabridged is the full unedited version of the original text.

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Procurement Cards.

Q 10. Do I get charged tax?
A. That depends on where you live. Customers in CA, CO, FL, MA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, RI, WA, WI and IL will be required to pay their state’s sales tax.
This will be tabulated at check out.

A. Backorders are shipped as they become available. The shipping is consolidated whenever possible.

A. Orders are shipped Best Method based on cost unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Q 16. What if my order arrives damaged?
A. In this rare instance, please email our Customer Service or call 1 (800) 621-0182 and we will promptly replace the damaged items.

Q 17. When will I receive my Order?
A. We will e-mail you when your order leaves our facility. We will also give you a tracking number which you can follow the progress of your package.

Q 18. What is AudioGO's Return Policy?
A. Items may be returned within 90 days of invoicing. A return authorization is required – please contact Customer Service at 800-621-0182. Processed items are non-returnable. Paid shipping will be available in the event of an AudioGO shipping error, for all other returns the cost of shipping is not covered by AudioGO.
