Well, this is turning into quite the creepy little story isn't it? There was some good action in Scene 8 (Flying chariots! Attack bats! Running!) and tomorrow things threaten to turn sinister. Join us at 9 AM EST to tell us the rest of the story!

1. The doll opened its eyes and stared at Sam. "Impostor!" it screamed. (via ange1ina)
2. ...to reveal a small doll that looked exactly like herself.   (via hazeltwilight) "No!" she heard the prince shout far away. The key turned, and kept on turning, as the lid slowly opened... (via Simon_Staffans)
3. "Here goes nothing," thought Sam, and turned it in the keyhole. It clicked into place.  (via cafenirvana)
4. A key? Sam took the key Finnegan had given her out of her pocket, and, after a minute, inserted it into the hole. (via mackenzie_finch)
5. The badger bent down to take a closer look. "There's a hole in the side for a key, maybe you need to wind it?"  (via techtigger)
6. "It's not working." She closed and opened it several more times, but the box remained silent. "Now what?" she asked. (via rukasufox)
7. With trembling hand she opened the lid, but there was no sound from the little music box. (via MissDeliana)
8.  "What?" Sam replied, her thoughts still on the prince. Pinman sighed- "The box, girl, the BOX." (via 45spacer)
9. Sam still clutched the box in her hand, and the Badger was huffing rather loudly. "Which direction?" scowled the Pinman. (via rukasufox)
10. Behind them, the battle faded away. They were alone, in the nothingness. Entirely alone. (via mackenzie_finch)
11. The ground seemed to bend under her will, springing them forward at an inhuman speed, into the unending blue of the land.(via taupefox59)
12. Sam ran, heels flying through the blue nothingness thinking all the while, "WHERE am I running?" (via TheSteamPowered)
13. She hesitated. "Didn't you hear the man?" Pinman shouted "Run!" He and Badger set off, half carrying Sam. (via simon_staffans)
14. "Don't worry about me," said the prince, as Sam hesitated. "I can hold them off. Now go!"   (via ange1ina)

16. The prince's face blanched. "My sister's hunters." He turned to Sam and presssed the box into her hands. "Run. RUN!" (via mackenzie_finch)
17. Sam heard a flapping of wings, but these were not birds above them, they were big, black bats.  (via ange1ina)
18. "And it isn't over yet!" the badger shouted and pointed up.  (via tombness)
19. "And more importantly, where is HERE?" Sam asked, seeing nothing but a deep blue hue surrounding her (via nataliefyffe)
20. "What the-" Pinman wobbled on his wooden legs trying to steady himself. "That was a helluva thing." (via terencewest)
21. "Did...did my song bring us here?" Sam asked, almost knowing the answer before she spoke.  (via angerFork)
22. Evertyhing stilled. "We're there," the prince said. He sounded quite calm, and Sam wondered whether this was a regular occurrence.  (via Mackenzie_finch
23. Sam screamed as the chariot fell and the light faded to a deep midnight blue.  (via selorian)
24. She fell backwards, shielding her eyes, and felt the badger's paw stead her. "Careful, girl." (via mackenzie_finch)
25. As Sam finished the song, the chariot shook violently as a blinding white light exploded. (via selorian)

32. Caught up in the delicate music, Sam began to hum along softly, growing louder as the memory became clearer. (via taupefox59)

35. The Prince opened the lid of the music box and the same melody Sam had heard in the castle filled the carriage. (via selorian)
36. The Prince took a music box from his pocket. "This," as the Prince continued to hold the box, " is our map."  (via glenbw)
37. The night sky cool against her cheek, Sam watched as the ground slipped away, the chariot bound for destinations unknown.(via ajekofalltrades)

39. "Great. The gang's all here. Can we get going already!" Pinman groused. With a lurch, the chariot took off into the sky. (via taragel)

45. The chariot vibrated gently, clearly eager to be off despite the lack of driver. Sam hesitated and then stepped on board. (via lovelythings)
46. Up close the Crows seem to be made of rich black velvet and shiny silken wings.  (via doodlewhale)
47. The Prince never hesitated. "Everyone in," he commanded, helping Sam onto the chariot.  (via Rukasufox)
48. It swooped through the air, landing softly on the grass. It was empty of even a driver.  (via hazeltwilight)

50. Patchwork crows lashed to the chariot made a terrible racket as they swooped toward the groundsfolk.  (via mildmojo)
51. She was more surprised to note that there WAS a sky, complete with a moon and twinkling stars. Hadn't they been in a room? (via mackenzie_finch)
52. The Prince looked to the sky and let out a loud whistle. Sam was rather surprised to see a gold chariot in the distance. (Via angerfork)
53. "The Queen has spies all over this place, including the puppets. We must leave this place immediately." (via glenbw)
